1) “I’m really bad at talking with people”
One thing I realised is that networking is not about a good talker at all. It’s actually more important to be a good listener, and to ask good questions.
Moreover, my success didn’t come from how well I could talk. I was about how well I could deliver value and network with the right people.
2) "I find it draining to talk to new people”
Many of the mentees that I have helped are introverts. They too find it draining to talk to new people all the time.
That is why it is important to find and nurture what I call ‘key connections’ which I explain in this webinar. Where one connection could be the difference between success or failure.
3) “I’m already really busy lah…”
My method does not involve spending countless hours ‘hustling’ on social media or going to networking events every day.
It’s really about being more strategic with our time and doing things that can attract the right people into our business…
… instead of wasting time being ‘busy’ and having very little to show for it.
